2. 1st Hour of Labor: An hourly labor charge of $154 has been included to account for the first hour of repair work. Our experienced technician from RCS Repairs will meticulously diagnose and repair the issues affecting your commercial appliance during this initial hour.
3. Distance-Based Fee: Depending on the distance from our RCS Repairs center to your location, the following fee structure applies:
   • For locations within a 0-50 mile radius: Included fee ($154)
   • For locations within a 50-100 mile radius: An additional fee of $31 has been applied, making the total cost $185 for the first hour of service.
